Is listing free?
Yes. There is no charge and no commission. If optional paid features are ever introduced you will be told clearly; the free listing stays free.
Do you guarantee customers?
No. How many people contact you depends on where you work, the services you offer and how good your profile is. We cannot promise enquiries or Google positions.
What do I need to list?
Your business or trading name, a description of at least 80 words in your own words, the services you offer, the neighbourhoods you cover, at least one contact method and a photo or logo. See the listing guidelines.
What does "contact verified" mean?
That we called or messaged the contact details on your profile and reached you. It is shown to customers with that exact meaning.
How long until my profile is live?
Usually within two working days of submitting, once we have confirmed your contact details.
How do I change or remove my profile?
Message us from the email or phone number on your profile (contact page). Profile self-editing is planned for later.
Do I need to be a company?
No. Self-employed cleaners, sole traders and small companies are all welcome. You must be entitled to work in the UK and able to invoice or take payment in your own name.
Can I list end of tenancy or Airbnb cleaning?
Yes, tick the services you genuinely offer. These are among the most searched services in London.
