The service
KleanTouch is a directory. It displays information provided by independent cleaning businesses so that customers can contact them directly. KleanTouch is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a cleaner, does not provide cleaning services, and does not take bookings or payments.
For customers
- Information on profiles is supplied by the businesses. We check contact details before listing but do not verify insurance, qualifications or work quality. Make your own checks before hiring.
- Prices shown are indicative and set by the business; confirm them directly.
- KleanTouch is not liable for the acts or omissions of any listed business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
For listed businesses
- By submitting a profile you confirm you are the owner or authorised representative, the information is accurate, you are entitled to work in the UK, and you have the right to use any images supplied.
- You are responsible for your dealings with customers, your prices, insurance, tax and compliance.
- We may edit for clarity, decline, suspend or remove a listing at our discretion, in particular for inaccuracy, duplication, complaints or unreachable contact details. You may ask for removal at any time.
- Basic listings are free. Any optional paid features will be offered under separate terms.
Content
Profile text and images remain yours; you grant KleanTouch a licence to display them on the site and in its social channels to promote your listing. Site content is © KleanTouch.
