How do I find a cleaner?
Type your postcode, area or borough on the homepage, choose the service you need and click Find Cleaners. You will see the businesses that have told us they cover that area.
How do I book?
Contact the cleaner directly by phone, WhatsApp, email or their website. You agree the days, hours, price and access arrangements with them. KleanTouch is not involved in the booking or payment.
Does KleanTouch charge customers?
No. There are no fees or commission.
Are the cleaners vetted?
We read every profile before it goes live and confirm the contact details reach the business ("Contact verified"). We do not check insurance, qualifications or work quality. Ask the cleaner about insurance and references before the first visit.
How much do cleaners charge?
Each business sets its own prices. Where a cleaner has published rates they appear on their profile and on the area page. Always confirm the price before booking.
What if something goes wrong?
Raise it with the cleaner first. If a listing is inaccurate or you had a serious problem, contact us with the profile name and we will look into it and remove listings where necessary.
Why can't I find cleaners in my area?
We list genuine businesses only and are growing area by area. Try a neighbouring area, or check back soon.
